Town of New Ashford Residents
We have a resident, Diane George, that is willing to be our recycling attendant for a trial period of 3 months. This commitment will come with scheduled days/hours to get our contaminated recycling situation under control.
Standard schedule will Wednesdays 3:30-5:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00–10:30 AM unless those days fall on a Federal Holiday and will be posted to the Town Website.
Recycling Dumpsters will be locked when the recycling attendant is not present. We will start this on trial period on Saturday, October 3rd. For October, there will be (2) off-schedule days as part of the transition as follows:
Thursday October 8th from 3:00 – 5:30 PM be in lieu of Wednesday, October 7th
Thursday, October 29th from 3:00 – 5:30 PM will be in lieu of Wednesday, October 28th
